Rollovers

Have savings someplace else? Consider consolidating! You can roll over money into this Plan from a former employer’s eligible plan or a qualifying IRA.

To initiate a rollover:

• Contact Vanguard at 800‑523‑1188.
• Complete the rollover contribution form and return it to Vanguard at the address provided.

Please note that rolling over your assets to the Plan is not your only option. You should review and consider the additional options available.
